工作职责：
Responsibilities:
1、负责对影视素材做超精细调色，画面品质控制。
Ultra-fine colour and control image quality for film and television materials
2、为客户提供满意的调色服务。
Provide customers with satisfactory colour services
3、负责设备的使用及日常维护工作
Operate equipment and provide routine maintenance work
4、完成制片分配的相关工作
Complete the work assigned by the producers

任职要求：
Requirements:
1、大学本科以上学历，数字电影、数字媒体艺术或美术专业背景。
A bachelor degree or above of digital film, digital media art, or art professional background
2、5年以上调色师工作经验。
At least 5 years work experience of colourist
3、熟练操作CINETL 胶转磁主机，davinci 2k plus 相关设备及软件，熟悉调色流程。
Proficiency in CINETL telecine host, davinci 2k plus and other related equipment and software, and be familiar with the colouring process
4、熟练操作DaVinci Resolve，对各类主流数据拍摄格式有深入了解和对应。
Proficiency in the DaVinci Resolve and have a strong understanding of all major data shooting formats and provide corresponding response
5、要求有良好的色彩感觉艺术，精通色彩搭配，油画、绘画类专业优先考虑。
Sensitive to art colouring and proficient with colour matching, painting, drawing profession are preferred
6、能够按客户，导演要求独立完成调色作业，与导演，摄影做专业沟通理解，调出符合需要的高品质内容。
Able to meet requirements of customers and directors to complete the tasks independently， Effective communication with directors and photographers to satisfy the requirements of high-quality content
7、有资深TVC制作经验和电影方面从业经历。
Senior experience in TVC and film production
8、具备***的团队合作意识。
Strong sense of teamwork
9、可根据工作需要倒班。
May need to work overtime
10、具有较流畅的英语阅读及对话能力。
Good English reading and speaking ability
11、熟悉软硬件设备，并有日常维护能力，能够判断解决设备小故障，能够与设备厂商做故障申报，技术沟通。
Familiar with hardware and software equipment and routine maintenance, able to judge and resolve the malfunction of equipment, report and communicate technical issues with the equipment manufacturers
