Photographer Lead-Kunshan

Job Responsibility:
Amazon.cn is looking for a photographer lead who will be responsible for the fashion photo studio photography works, including reach to the benchmark on daily catalog shooting; continually developing and improving the shooting technology; work with Art Director to define and execute the advertising pictures, shooting project; handle video shooting and editing project, etc. if you are enthusiastic to be a talent in a worldwide e-commerce company, please contact us. In this role, you will focus on the following responsibilities:

Execute high quality photography
• Performs a specific type of standardized photography with a high level of competence
• Works with less experienced photographers in the areas of lighting, set design, visual aesthetics, and technical problem-solving
• Troubleshoots on-set photography challenges decisively
• Develops and maintains photography style guides in conjunction with senior leadership
• Executes on creative briefs and is able to articulate the rationale for creative decisions in support of that vision
• Improves processes for studio performance against operational metrics and budget
Equipment management
• Take responsibility for the equipment, layout and process in the shooting bay
Team Management
• Builds and maintains knowledge management tools such as wikis and shared drives
• Trains and mentors other team members
• Seeks opportunities to develop deeper or multiple areas of expertise; shares knowledge within and outside of team
• Participates in interview process for more junior positions
Basic Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in photography/video photography/ or commensurate experience.
• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in the model photography and still life photography.
• Proficient in Adobe Photo Shop, Capture one, Premier, Final Cut and Microsoft Office
• A remarkable portfolio that demonstrates your ability to be a professional still life and model photographer.
• Strong ability and knowledge on photography and good sense in fashion industry.
• Desire and able to work in a fast-paced online environment.

Preferred Qualification:
• Strong Chinese and written English communication skills.
• Relentless desire for innovation, balanced with business and imaging standard.
• Knowledge and experience with rich media advertisement creation strongly desired.
